Keke Walker is an Oʻahu-based grant advisor, community organizer, strategist, and advocate focused on community safety, mental health, and social justice. As the lead strategist behind Rites & Resources Collective, you bring deep community-centered advocacy experience across Hawaiʻi and national movement spaces.

• Grant Advisor & Strategist: Lead consultant at Rites & Resources Collective, specializing in grant strategy, proposal development, and funder alignment for social justice, movement, and cultural organizations.

• Core Organizer with SWOP HI: Core organizer with Sex Workers Outreach Project Hawaiʻi (a project of Hawaiʻi Peopleʻs Fund), advocating for human rights, community safety, and direct support.
